 Albania is also positioned low.The World Bank made an analysis evaluating the countries and their access to electricity. The list includes 140 countries and Macedonia ranks 72nd. In addition, Albania is even below, on the 110th position, while Montenegro is 48th, Croatia 49th, Greece 66th, Serbia 68th, Bulgaria 78th, and Bosnia-Herzegovina 96th.
