The sole purpose of the Company is to found and manage the Funds asset. The Fund is property of the share document owners. The Funds assets are held on a special account in the Depositary Bank and the Company can invest them only as written in the Funds’ Statutes, the Funds’ Prospectus and the Law of investment funds.

The regulator of the investment fund working is the Securities Commission of the Republic of Macedonia.

The objective of the Fund is to collect money from individual investors, which individually can’t evaluate risk of their investment on the oscillatory markets. The Funds’ accumulated assets are associated for a greater buying power then the one of individual investor.

INNOVO STATUS AKCII represents an open investment fund.  

The open investment fund INNOVO STATUS AKCII is intended for investors that accept a diversified structure of their securities portfolio, which leads to lower risk, compared with individual investment.

The open investment fund INNOVO STATUS AKCII is managed by the Fund Management Company INNOVO STATUS AD Skopje. The Company objective is collecting money in the Fund, investing them in securities and money deposits on local and foreign money markets, for purpose of making long-term revenues.

The Company will invest the Fund assets in the following securities markets: R. Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro and Serbia.
