MOJ FOND is an open investment fund. MOJ FOND AD Skopje manages with the investment fund. Fund's deposit bank is Komercijalna Bank AD Skopje.
MOJ FOND was founded in order to collect financial assets through public call for sale of papers for shares in the Fund and investing of the collected assets, according to the Law, the Statute and the Prospect of the Fund. The company will invest the collected financial assets in foreign and domestic stock markets due to achieve long term incomes. The Fund will invest the assets in securities issued on the territory of the following countries: - Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, BIH, Slovenia, Turkey - by 75% - EU countries and the Russian Federation - by 50% - Canada, USA, Mexico and Brazil - by 50% - China, India, Japan and Singapore - by 50% - Australia, South African Republic and Egypt - by 20% The company will invest the Fund's assets in the following instruments: 1. Securities quoted or traded on the stock market and other regulated market and 2. Securities from new issues, if the conditions for their issuing consist an obligation for implementing of the securities on the stock market or other regulated market. Minimal payment for individual investment in the fund is 1.000 MKD Shareholders in MOJ FOND AD Skopje are: 1. Metodi Majnov 5.100 regular shares 51% 2. Kiril Kolemishevski 980 regular shares 9,8% 3. Milan Dimitrioski 980 regular shares 9,8% 4. Dimche Panov 980 regular shares 9,8% 5. Nenad Jovanovik 980 regular shares 9,8% 6.
