Ohrid caterers are working intensively on the implementation of the HACCP system.

Experts from the Directorate for the Protection of food are giving separate recommendations how to implement the policy. Although our caterers felt the effects of the economic crisis, they separated assets for the implementing of the system for food safety. HACCP means hygiene but with many additional requirements and associated costs.
HACCP itself does not guarantee food safety.
