The level of foreign investments in Macedonia for the past seven months this year dropped to a modest €78.7 million.

The government expected FDI of €110 million. Latest data show that the during July €80 million outflow.
Last year, as of July, FDI in Macedonia reached €270 million this year and that amount is three times smaller now.
Compared with other countries in the region, in the first half of this year foreign investment in BiH amounted to 257 million euros, €269 million in Montenegro, Serbia - €893 million and Croatia - €900 million.
