The value of the total redemption and sale of agricultural products in August 2009 compared with August 2008 reduced by 35.3 percent.

According to the State Statistical Office, the value of the total purchase of agricultural products in August 2009 amounts to 548,340,000 denars.

The value of the redeemed agricultural products from individual farmers was reduced by 20.6 percent, while sales from own production was reduced to 42.3 percent.
