Financial support from the European Commission.

The European Commission today, along with the progress report on candidate countries and the potential candidates for EU membership, announced financial framework for their support in the period to 2013.
Macedonia will receive €494 million for the period until 2013. This year Macedonia can use €81.8 million, in 2010 - €91.6 million, in 2011 - €98 million, in 2012 - €105 million and in 2013 - €117.2 million.
These funds cover the five components of the IPA instrument - regional development, cross-border cooperation, rural development, building the administrative capacity of the institutions and human resources development.
