Conversion of the priority shares of Komercijalna Bank AD Skopje

In accordance with the Listing Rules, Komercijalna Bank AD Skopje informs that after the performed conversion of 77 priority shares with total nominal value of 77,000.00 denars in 77 ordinary shares with a total nominal value of 77,000.00 denars, the number of shares issued by Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje listed on the Macedonian Stock Exchange is changing and now is:

- 16,025 priority shares with a total nominal value of 6.025,000,00 denars;
- 1,998,042 ordinary shares with a total nominal value of 1,998,042,000.00 denars.
