The Serbian government in February announced several measures against the global crisis.

The banks will approve 705.9 million euro in loans. Data shows that since February the banks received loan applications in amount of 1.03 billion euro.
The Serbian government created a program to lower the negative effects of global financial crisis, giving companies a possibility to apply for loans at lower interest rates.

The interest rate for these loans is 3%.
