Bulgaria's new government plans to cut the administration by 15% next year. Plans are to save money in order to use the resources where most necessary.
In August the unemployment rate increased to 7.88% while the government predicts that in 2010 it will reach double digit.
The recession has ended Bulgaria's 12 years of economic growth. IMF expects the economy to finish this year with minus between 5% and 6.5%.
