Montenegro's labour market faces up to two times more demand than supply, so there are investors taking experience workers from other countries.

In the next five to six months, the railway Bar Better is planned to start building as well as some other streets, but at this moment the country does not have the necessary labour force.
So far, there are 41 thousand free jobs for employment that does not mean that, this number will be increased, analysts believed.
