In August, the Euro zone unemployment rate jumped to 9.6%.Economists fear that a weak labour market will delay the speed of economic recovery. Around 15 million people were seeking work in August, 165,000 more than in July. The jobless rate is now the highest since March 1999. EU unemployment rate also rose to 9.1%, the highest rate since March 2004. Expectations are that more jobs will be slacked in upcoming months.
