Bosnia and Herzegovina's media inform that beside the economic crisis, the high interest rates of the home loans are a great problem for the citizens and also the criteria for getting the home loans are too complicated.

The estate agencies are complaining that in the last few months no one has bought an apartment. According to their explanations, citizens are interested in the prices of the apartments but they don't decide to buy one.
