U.S. automotive giant Ford Motor and its Chinese partner plan to build a third factory in China together.

The US-China partnership has already produced models with Focus and Fiesta, and this cooperation is planned to be enhanced.
With the construction of the new plant the annual production could increase to minimum 150,000 cars.
The new plant should be built in southwestern China.
