 The tranche of 1.854 billion euros ($2.727 billion) was part of the stabilisation program for Romania.IMF in its official notification reported that Romania didn't fulfilled one of the programming tasks associated with the amount of debt, but this country as a whole, received high evalutions for its anti-crisis policy.
