BMW invests 220 million dollars in South Africa

German car giant BMW announced today that it will invest 220 million dollars to produce a new model of 3 series in South Africa after the government in this country gave a promise for extending the program to encourage production.
From the current 60,000 vehicles produced per year, BMW's production in this country would jump to 87,000.
