The Russian government will propose a ban for the sale of classic light bulbs from 1st January 2014, and the citizens will be offered loans for buying new light bulbs.With the offered loans, consumers will be able to buy the new bulbs and the savings will cover part of those costs.
Russian president, Dimitry Medvedev, said that electricity in Russia could be used 40 percent more efficiently.
