In the quarter ending September 26, Apple had a record net profit of $1.67 billion dollars or 1.82 dollars per share. This is an increase by 47% compared to the same period last year. Revenues from sales increased by 25% to $9.87 billion.
Bloomberg's analysts expected 1.43 dollars per share and revenues worth 9.22 billion dollars.
