japan.gif Japan followed France and Germany in exiting recession.
Japan's economy climbed out of its worst recession in decades thanks to rebounding exports and government stimulus measures.

The economy expanded by 0.9 percent in the three months to June from the previous quarter and returned to positive growth for the first time in five quarters.

GDP grew by 3.7% in April-June in Q2.

Japan's economy is expected to keep this trend by the end of 2009.
