U.S. trade deficit reached record high level

grafik.jpg In July the U.S. trade deficit reached its highest level in the past ten years since the consumption recovery in consumption caused a record increase in imports.

Trade deficit in July was up 16, 3% compared to the previous month to $ 32 billion, which is the biggest monthly increase since February 1999.
In July, imports rose to a record 4.7% to 159.6 billion dollars.
U.S. exports in July rose third month in a row by 2.2% to 127.6 billion dollars.
