UK_flag.gifThe economic crisis has not left the island yet. The British economy remains in recession, despite announcements that the country is slowly emerging from crisis.
170 billion pounds stimulations failed to stimulate enough growth in GDP of the country. In the third quarter UK GDP remains negative, 0.4 percent. UK achieved the worst result since the historic 1955 year. Main reason for the quarterly decline is considered to be the fall in service sectors.

Finance Minister Alistair Darling said that despite the disappointing achievement, growth in the economy will still be achieved, but more patience is necessary. The opposition declared the debacle of the government plan to exit the crisis despite France and Germany who have already rushed out of recession.

Experts explain the fact that the British against the French and German economy is depending on the financial and banking sector.
Meanwhile, analysis of major U.S. bank Morgan Stanley, estimated that the world threatens hyperinflation, after the governments of Western economies were forced to seek ways to reduce the huge government debt.

Authorities of the leading industrial countries have dilemma - to declare bankruptcy or to allow inflation. It is natural to expect that they will choose the second option, the analysis concludes.
