The barrel price of oil in 2010 would be 63 dollars after forecast of 55.5 dollars, which should reach in 2009, reports the World Bank for the Middle East and North Africa.The price of oil in 2009 is unlikely to falls under the influence of the same factors that in mid-January 2008 raised the oil price.
